Mussel Power – how farmed shellfish can save the world!

Film & TV actress and screenwriter Emer Kenny of East Enders, Pramface & Badultssupports Mussel Power the kickstarter crowd-funding documentary project  about how farmed shellfish can help fight climate change.

“The Mussel Power film is such an exciting and different project because it doesn’t just want to discuss the issue of climate change – it wants to do something about it. If we can affect global warming and get carbon back into the ground by growing and eating more shellfish, it seems like a brilliant idea to me, ‘ says Emer.

The film by Justyn Jones will explore shellfish farming’s potential to fight climate change as a meat alternative, pollution absorber and carbon store.
