Oysters from Scottish Shellfish are amongst the freshest on the market, with our strict quality control regime ensuring that they offer the ultimate eating experience.
They are cultivated in an environmentally-friendly way in the cold, crystal clear waters of the Scottish West coast.
Following a recent story about oysters in the Sun newspaper, we would like to make it clear that the oysters concerned did not come from one of our farms. Our shellfish undergo continuous and rigorous monitoring processes to ensure food safety, both by ourselves, and also through independent testing by the Food Standards Agency and other agencies. This ensures that quality and food safety are always our key priorities.
