Muckairn Mussels
Muckairn Mussels was established in 1985, growing mussels in the sheltered waters of Loch Etive, in Argyll. The company has grown to annual production of 150 tons, with 2000 production set to rise further.Experience gained over the last 15 years during the pioneering stages of the development of the shellfish industry in Scotland means that Muckairn Mussels can assist other shellfish farmers with a variety of topics.
Muckairn Mussels can also assist with other coastal issues, insurance valuations, etc. Muckairn Mussels offer a variety of consultation services to the shellfish farming industry.
